New Star Art School Guidelines — Holiday Program
New Star Art School is dedicated to offering a safe and enriching environment for our students and teachers to experience and share the arts. The teaching program is designed to rapidly develop drawing skills in our students whilst encouraging them to explore their imaginative ideas.
Requirements
Safety is most important for our students. At the end of a class, students are not to leave the classroom or building until parents come in to pick them up. Special arrangements will require permission from New Star Art.
We ask that students arrive at the classroom before the start time, as latecomers interrupt and hold up the class program.
Missed Lessons
Please attend classes on time. If there are any special circumstances, please contact your children's teacher(s) or our customer service at least one day before your class. If there are spaces available, we will organise an alternative class in the same term break. Otherwise, 50% of the tuition fee will be transferred to the next school holiday.
Obligations
Parents are not permitted to approach New Star Art teachers for private teaching.
Holiday program fees must be paid in full prior to the start of class of the program, otherwise we cannot guarantee a place in the required class.
New Star Art does not offer refunds or school fee deductions for personal reasons.
Personal Information, Photograph and Video Footage Consent
New Star Art School may use you (adult student) or your child's artwork, image and personal information for promotional purposes. The images and information will be used in channels such as: print publications, the NSA website, online videos, digital newsletters, social media posts and advertisements. You may request your information to be amended, or you may withdraw your consent for future use, by contacting our customer service via newstarart635@gmail.com.
